Dice IF
I was thinking of doing a very random IF. I wanted to roll a dice everyday to determine if it was going to be a feast or famine day the next day. Say if I roll a 1, 3, 5 its a feast day (eat normally, or at least a lunch and big dinner). 2, 4, 6 is famine (fast).

The big problem I forsee would be having to many of one day in a row. One thing I thought of would be to roll again on fast days with evens allowing me to 'find a berry bush' during the day. Or maybe just allow myself to have pemmican during the day.

Any thoughts?

Like Scott said, don't get too wrapped up in the randomness of it all. People do fine on a Fast-5 set up, Eat Stop Eat, Leangains etc.

If you really enjoy random, then go for it. I personally can't really stand random anymore. Spontaneous... yes. Random, not for me.

Not keeping track of when I plan to IF....is the ultimate randomness and stress free way I have found.
