I do not have any background in nutrition or any health industry. But this was explained in easy to understand detail to make me break open google to figure out some of what he was saying and understand what this stuff is doing to my body.

i'm a biochem student. most of it sounds pretty reasonable. there's actually a meeting in orlando in the spring that i almost submitted an abstract to, and the author who wrote the uric acid and fructose study is presenting that info there.

i'm gonna pass this vid on to some of the faculty and see what they think.

I am glad this was accurate. It made sense to my scientific minded friends.
