The guy in the article still contents polyunsats are better than saturated fats.. heh heh.

As far as CVD risk is concerned they are. That's not to say that having a PUFA intake in excess of your EFA requirements is a good thing but it is less likely to result in you having a heart attack in your 40's than would be the case with a diet containing a similarly excessive amount of SAFA.
