Reality Bites
Sweet, this is a great idea! I was recently experimenting with the metabolic diet, but then I got sick, and now I'm just eating relatively low carb (~15-20%). Almost entirely Paleo, except for some raw grass-fed cheese, and 1-2 cheat meals/week. Would eventually like to get back into mass-gaining mode, but for now I'm able to maintain at ~2700kcal/day. Supplementing with Fish Oil, CLO, ZMA, Taurine, Probiotic, and a Multi.

Looks pretty good. Do you take both fish oil and cod liver oil everyday? Also, is there any particular reason you supplement with taurine?

3tsp Fish Oil + 1tsp CLO (For the vit D) everyday.
I'm experimenting with Taurine right now based on a recommendation from this site (http://www.performancemenu.com/forum...ead.php?t=480), I've been having trouble staying asleep for a while now. |
Thanks for the link, Craig... I must have missed that thread. I may have to pick up some taurine, since I am going to start experimenting with ZMA.
