Has anyone read Food and Western Disease by Staffan Lindeberg?
At a hefty price tag of 100 CAD it seems a bit overpriced for 368 pages but the only two reviews I can find highly recommend it. Most people were particularly impressed by the amount of studies cited to back up his claims, which I find very attractive as I like good evidence.
Having said that it would have to be very good for me to consider $100 for it.
