Surprised he didn't talk about ketosis. Ketosis can strongly inhibit/reverse some types of cancer.

Good information though. Nothing we didn't know for the most part -- eat whole foods, especially berries.

Looking at the comments I see most people buy the "eat only vegetables and absolutely no meat cause meat causes cancer" position. Meh.
