Thanks. |
Looks fine to me. IF is something most people need to tinker with to find their comfort zone.
Of course, the Leangains approach is fairly static with regards to the feeding window. The key with IF is: if you are so hungry that no amount of liquid or other non caloric substance helps, it's time to eat whether the feeding window is open or not. |
Thanks Derek....yea that happend last night.
I think I could've toughed it out...but I had a big bowl of cereal anyways...haha |
Hydration is key when IF'ing. It's key all the time, but hunger is often a symptom of dehydration.
Tough to slam down a liter of water @ 12am, but something to keep in mind later on. |

Update...
Back on IF. I started the Warrior Diet 3 weeks ago. I find it easier while I am at work compared to the Lean Gains approach. However when I'm home on the weekends I switch it up to a leangains style of IF.. So far it's been working wonders for me in the composition department. Training has been hittting on all cylinders as well. |
I've found the whole IF concept very forgiving on the long run. In my experience the biggest factor is a large, carb heavy meal for dinner.
It works particularly well for me given that most of my training sessions are in the late afternoon. Out of most sites, Nate Miyaki's seems the most sensible in my opinion. |
