Really, really good stuff. I think this is one of the strength of CrossFit type high intensity intervals, ross's work etc. Enough exercise to keep metabolism cranking, tissue turning over etc. AND modulation of the adrenal cortical response. Absolutely no doubt this type of training down regulates the stress response in these other life situation cosgrove alludes to.
