Vitamin C - time released or not?
I've been taking 500mg non-time release vitamin C PWO to help with cortisol, and have found that it does help a little. I may start taking it before bed as well to see what happens. I am using it instead of BCAAs because BCAAs are too expensive.
Would it be better to get those time released pills so that I have something acting against cortisol for a longer period of time? And would powders work better than pills?
I dunno about time release but I find C before bed = can't sleep. Same with D. I think it's the sunshine vitamins (well D anyway). They make me think I am in the sun and should be awake.
