Jonathon Brookins really is just like he seems on the show. He is mellow, nice and an all around good guy. Oh by the way his wrestling is incredible. Here he is with Laney and Jr before training today.

By the way, I managed to score interviews with Nam Phan to answer questions after every episode, so if anybody is watching the show and has any let me know. I'll be talking to him every Thursday morning for the rest of the season.
