To be honest, I don't usually eat this much, and I weigh about 70-75kg.

~19 hour fast Meal 1 1 large grilled chicken breast 1 small orange 1/4 avocado* *Not ripe enough - tasted like crap so I only ate a quarter of it. Meal 2 ~300g grilled haddock (covered with olive oil) 1 large carrot 1 large apple Supplements Vitamin D ZMA Creatine |
