I have a handful of videos uploading to Vimeo as we speak - just myself and one of our trainers at the contest this past weekend in Norfolk, VA.

It was a well run show, especially with the nearly 60 competitors. I wound up 2nd out of 9 in the 200# weight class, and the guy I went with was middle of the pack in an novice class with no weight categories (first contest!).

I love the caption on the DL. Complete with tutorial on hitching and planing! Nice work.

I just got done having a conversation with someone about hitching, and he told me what I was doing was referred to as "planing". Figured I may as well give it a go on the deadlift!
