Hey new here, question on week off and aerobic adaptations
for the last 8Weeks i've been doing lots of lsd work and got my rhr down to high 40s to low 50s. how much harm am i doing to the aerobic adaptations doing nothing during the week off (7 to 9 days)?

Generally in what I have read it takes about 15 days to start losing your endurance. So I would say... Enjoy your break.

Aerobic adaptations come back pretty fast too so yeah enjoy the break
