Pushup Variations for Strength
The basic pushup is too easy at this point to be a strength exercise anymore. I am going to use the Elevated, Pseudo Planche, the Wall Assisted Handstand and the One legged Pushup due to the increased difficulty of these variations. What other variations would you suggest I do in order to meet my goal of increased strength?

Have you looked into depth pushups?

Tuck planche pushups.... if too easy move to next progression

why not use one hand.

if your long term goal revolves around ME bodyweight, horizontal pushing strength, you might want to devote your efforts specifically to planche work.

Push up are the best source of the strength. it also provide
strength for the exercise and make your muscle big. |
