Robert's Training Log
My name is Robert, after some major injuries during 2010 it is my intention to get back into shape for both military GPP (Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy) and to compete again in competitive weightlifting after a few years off. I am keeping this log to hold myself publicly accountable.
Goals for the first phase of this training (7 Weeks through June 27):
Drop body-weight to 175-180 lbs.
Commit to a structured workout routine (5 Lifts, 5 Cardio Workouts, 5 Body-Weight Workouts per week)
Follow a Paleo based diet
Follow the Catalyst Athletics Online Training Program
