Eating light to loose 20lbs
Hi my name is douglas. My goal is to either weigh 200lbs or have a15% body fat using the Marine Corps method of getting my body fat. I am 71 inches tall and weigh 223. I plan on eating very light and cut calories and try to maintain my muscle at the same time its going to be tough!!!!!! Anyways this is what i ate today.

Half cup of oatmeal and banana.
1100 pre work out protein shake.
1330 snack turkey sandwich 1 piece of wheat bread, mustard and slice american cheese.
1430 snake celery sticks with a table spoon of peanut butter.
1800 half a subway sandwich with bufflo chicken, lettuce,ranch, wheat bread.
should have made a healther sandwich.
1900 1 apple
2100 protein shake.
1/2 cup of oatmeal and 1 table spoon peanut butter with bannana
Pre work out protein shake
Half my subway bufflo chicken sub
Tuna salad with 4 wheat crackers
