Shoe size for 245mm feet
 

Does anyone know what size of Do Win shoe will fit a 245mm(9.645in) long foot? Could you also please specify if this is in a non US size. Apparently the sizes are different from other shoes
I appreciate that this is a super awkward question, but there is no retailer within at leas a 5 mile radius, and I can't drive, or wait the 2weeks+ for shipping twice
