Intensity with static holds
I know for steady state cycles they it is preferred to use 50% of your max hold time. However are there situations in which using a higher intensity, i.e longer time for your hold, would be beneficial? If so how would one rotate this in their routine?

I prefer 60-70% for various reasons.

I like to hold until just before my scapula position goes. Can't see any issues with that
