Either my arms are too long or the pins on my power rack are two high or maybe both...regardless, my arms don't touch the ground when in the bottom position, any recommendations for a set-up? I was thinking about just throwing the bench in the rack and doing BP on the pins but I figure it kind of defeats the purpose....
Some suggestions, in no particular order.
The first, and probably the most hassle would be to build up the floor with some sheets of plywood.
The next would be to have additional hole drilled for the pins.
The third would be to do it with a spotter outside the rack. Have him hand the bar to you, or just to be there if you miss.
