Saw this link on Power and Bulk and thought some of you guys might be interested, if you didn't already know about it. I might try to build these in the not too distant future. If I do, I'll make a post or do a write-up or somethin'.

I've been contemplating building some blocks for a while. I saw Cheryl Hawworth and Natalie Woolfolk drilling on their jerks using these at the OTC in a video off of Mike's Gym and thought, "That's what every household needs."

Both links are excellent. I was originally an engineering major at Auburn before I was sidetracked by life. It is good to see the students there using their talent for something productive and important.
