looking for case studies...
 

So I'll be interviewing Jonathan Chaimberg for a future issue of the PM, and was wondering if anyone has fairly specific individual protocols/issues you've been wrestling with to use as case studies.

Chaimberg is a pretty accomplished S+C coach out of Canada. He's probably best known for his work with Olympic wrestlers and fighters, but he does a lot of GPP work as well, and I believe has a unique perspective on how to use all the newest toys (sandbags, TRX, well I guess those aren't new anymore, but you get my drift.)
