Need advice on training cycle
I was hoping you guys could help me out with this. I've been practicing the lifts for about 2 years now and feel that my lifts are half decent at this point as far as technique goes.
My current lift are 210lb for the snatch, 270lb for the clean and jerk, 285lb front squat, and 350lb back squat.
I've been looking at the training cycles on this website and I'm not sure which one would be the best for me. I'm looking to increase my front and back squatting and pulling strength while improving my technique for the classic lifts.
Also, is there anything I should be doing different in terms of my technique as far the lifts go? Here is a video of both the snatch and clean and jerk at 195lb and 255lbs.
Any criticism would be greatly appreciated.

Lifting tech looks pretty good. Main things I would work on is changing directions more quickly at the top of your snatch, keeping the bar a bit close as you pull under the clean, and adjust after your clean into a better jerk rack position.

Follow up to the Strength by Feel cycle
I made some modifications to the program but the progression and most of the volume stayed the same. I ended up making a lot of improvement after the 9 weeks. Here are the results:
Snatch went from 210 to 225
I seems like I'm sweeping unevenly with my left arm. It becomes more significant as the weight increases. Any suggestions?
Clean and jerk went from 270 to 285
Front squat 285 for a single to 305 for a double
back squat from 315 for 5 to 335 for 5
Overall the program was tough because of the amount of volume. I made bigger gains in 9 weeks than I have the entire year before that doing random workouts.
