Hi I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions for a good camera to use so that I can take video of myself. I would like to see what I look like doing the lifts, and I would like to be able to submit some for critique.

Honestly I use the camera on my iphone for that kind of stuff - quick and convenient and the new ones have a really good picture. Flipcams seem to be pretty handy for that stuff too although I don't have one myself.

Yes, if you have an iPhone or iPad that works fine. Check out the Coach's Eye app for $5 which allows you to easily view your videos frame by frame, among other useful features. They have an Android version too but I haven't used it.
