SLDL and Good morning
Hey folks,
I'm working on a Back Training Program and I'm trying to figure out how I should program SLDL and Good mornings. I've never really done these lifts at a regular interval. Should I work off of a percent of my max for Deadlift or something else? Thanks! |

Just go by feel. If you haven't done them much, start very conservatively - you'll be extremely sore the first week from both if you haven't done them in a long time. After that, start upping the wts as you feel appropriate, making sure that the ROM and arch of your back doesn't change as the wt increases.
