shoulder mobility and health
Im looking for exercises for shoulder mobility to help with jerks.
i am finding that my jerks and increasingly going forward of the body instead of straight up. At the moment, along with C&Js i am doing rack jerks behind neck and Jerk Dips/Rack Jerk combos (Jerk dip then rack jerk for sets of three).
