Barbell Warmup sets
I am always noticing on the catalyst website and on other lifting websites that there are many pitures of lifters with heavier weights on the outside. How do you normally load the bar in successive lifts? I am so used to going up in equal incremints, but it would seem that you make larger jumps.
I have heard that this method of loading also helps with some lifts. Someone once told me they would load the heavier plates outside for the jerk to practice the feeling of the bounce.
I was just wondering.
