Back squat form check
Yesterday I did som volume work. Filmed from three angles.
What do you think? I am having a hard time finding the perfect stance width. I feel stronger with a more narrow stance. But does that put me in a less perfect position?
Weights are at 60% of my weak ass backsquat.
The stance width you had with front view looked perfect to me. However, I'm still messing with this myself, and my squat is pretty weak too!!
