A couple good drills, one a bit freaky . . .
The back half is good for keeping the hips driving UP as they finish rather than forward.
The bands force a lifter to pull with the fists all the way to lockout, all the way to the hole. Once they get it in the snatch, it's easy to teach in the clean. It took Kat exactly six reps to get it.
I like how the second one forces the lifter to stay on their heals. I'll have to use that. I really like the band snatches but my racks do have a means to secure a band in that fashion.
Got some heavy dumbells?
I was even thinking of affixing some sort of semi-circular metal loops that can be drilled into the ground; sorry, I can't remember what they're called right now, but it's a thought. They're fixtures that you'd attach a d-ring to, or something like that.
