Getting the bar into the hips
What are some good drills to get people the feel for getting the bar into their hips in the snatch?

Halting Snatch Deadlifts, Snatch Pulls from the high blocks, and you could have them do snatch-grip SLDLs and tell them to focus on keeping the bar close throughout the movement as well as pushing the bar all the way into the hips at the top.

Another good drill would be to do snatch high-pulls from the floor or hang followed by a snatch. Focus on keeping the bar close with tension against it the whole time in the high-pull and try to pull good movement from that exercise into the snatch.
