Chest/Abdominal pain on heavy front squats
Front squat weight is progressing nicely but my last two sessions i've felt a strong pain just below the ribcage on my heaviest front squats.
Has this happened to anyone else or do you have any idea what it is? Anyway to fix it?
If it's muscular, it's possible that it's just a strain from front squatting. Light stretching, little ice, and time.
