I have a few questions regarding the completion of a training cycle. Should I retest all maxes? How long should I wait before beginning another cycle? Any insight appreciated.

You should have tested your primary maxes (sn, cj, squat) during the last cycle. If you're dying to test specific lifts that you have not, you may take a transition week or two and do so before starting a new cycle. Otherwise, you would begin a new cycle immediately with possible 1 transition week between if you're feeling beat up or have not had any downtime in several months.

Thank you. This will actually be my first complete training cycle with this site's programming. I did test squat snatch and cj before beginning it. I wouldn't say I'm dying to test maxes, but I do think I could set a couple. Thanks for the response. Is there a significant reason to follow the chronological programming of the site or could I try random cycles and see what happens?
