My first time posting so I apologize if I don't get it right the first time. I'm attaching a link to a Coach's Eye video of me doing a clean at 85#. The main things I notice is the bar not being close enough after full extension and not getting under the bar quick enough. Tell me if there's anything else and help me fix please!
- Try starting the pull with your hips just a little bit higher (maybe an inch or so)
- Think about feeling that bar staying close to your torso as you're going through the finish of the pull/turnover
- Get more acceleration as soon as you feel the bar passing your knees
You look pretty good, basically. Keep it up!
