Does it always mean you have to be in your gym or have tonnes of equipment to work out your body?
I do not think so. I do normally have some performance techniques that I use. For example:
A. Power Clean. Squat Clean. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 126.96.36.199 x 5 sets, 1-2 min - low loading
B. 5 sets @ 75% effort:
10 TnG Power Cleans (95/65)
Rest 2 min b/t sets
