Jerk Technique - Valgus knee
Im really struggling with correcting my knee going valgus. I went light to try and work on this this but unless I do essentially a pause jerk where I purposefully rotate my quads anterior (I am probably butchering the terminology) before the drive I always get a turn in of my knee. I do NOT have this issue when squatting. Its only during the dip of my C&J. Note, I do not have an ACL in my right knee. It feels perfectly fine during weightlifting. Although, I will be having surgery to fix this issue soon. Thanks. Oh, and if anything pops out, please let me know.
The video is down. But generally -
1. Start w the knees unlocked (not bent, just not locked) - tension on the quads.
2. Try initiating the dip a little more slowly - not super slow or anything, but at least for now, slow enough that you can control the position properly.
