Greg, would you or anybody from your gym comment on these pulling blocks?
I have a company that I could get a pair of these from for ~125$. I already have a set of jerk boxes but have been debating on building a set of pulling blocks as well. Do your athletes have a preference? Any issues with the metal blocks?
We don't have those anymore at the gym. Those blocks have a really small surface area and the base isn't very stable so if you're only going to be doing snatch/clean PULLS with them and not dropping weight on them from overhead then they should be fine but they're not for doing the full lifts.
