October Training Report
Here's my current bodyweight training progress as of first week of November. I am going to workout harder than ever to achieve all these goals listed by the end of 2013:
Straddle Planche: 10s
Ring Tuck Planche: 30s
Front Lever: 3s
Back Lever: Better Form
Ring Muscle Up: 3 reps
Pike Press to HS on Parallettes: 2 reps
Japanese HS: 30s
Full Front Splits
Hey Dan, welcome to the forums.
I'm also training lots of gymnastic movements right now, but am not nearly as strong as you are, so I will be watching your log with lots of interest.

I can hold over 1+ min handstand so I decided to work on getting a perfect form now. This is my handstand training video including freestanding HS, Press to Handstand, and L-sit to Handstand
a little update on my handstand. My alignment is getting better and better
