I'm a beginner and have just started to compete in olympic weightlifting. My personal bests this far is 265 ibs c&j and 193 ibs snatch. This is a video of me performing a 176 ibs snatch.
I've had some troubles with my secound pull.. I'm in to much hurry finishing the lift and therefore don't get a full hip extension. This I've been working on a lot for a while now and it feels like I'm getting a bit closer to a proper secound pull!
I would really appriciate all kinds of constructive criticism!

I notice that after your second pull your arms are still really straight and the bar is going quite a distance out in front of you. Try pulling your elbows up so you look a bit like an M shape, to keep the bar in closer after the second pull
