Kindly describe correct execution of "Pin Squats"
Could one of you kindly articulate the correct performance of "Pin Squats." Also, what is the point of doing these?
Squats off the pins of a power rack, i.e. partial squats from a dead stop. Point is to strengthen a weak point in the movement, usually around parallel.
