Jump Squats & Jerk Boxes

I like your quick article on the Jump squat from this months Menu. As I was reading it I totally did not clue in to the Jerk Box joke even for a second after reading the footnote. Probably because I was sitting on some stacked Jerk Boxes as I was reading it!

You know for such a simple item they apparently are very illusive, funny I just traded some pers training with a carpenter buddy to make me some stackable Pulling, Plyo, Jerk Boxes, very handy they are... They even work pretty well as a flat bench in a pinch.
