This just in...
Steve Cotter will be in Germany 12. May offering a 8 hour workshop for 190 EUR in cooperation with Hermann Korte (www.k3k.de). I am playing with the idea to participate. Is the worth it for 8 hours, would have some extra costs (travel, hotel etc...)?

Well, 190 Euro converts to $258 USD, so that is not a trivial amount of money for most folks. On the other hand Cotter is one of the most amazing athletes I have ever seen and a wealth of strength and conditioning knowledge. The question is a very subjective one that only you can answer, but I would have to ask how often you get the opportunity to train with someone like Steve?

Didn't Shaf go to one of Cotter's seminars? He seemed to rave about it.

How much would travel and lodging be?

Steve is an excellent teacher. If you have the opportunity to see him and can afford it, it will definitely be beneficial.

Thanks all, seriously tempted but the extra costs would be comparable and that is in total enough to build a Sumo bar. If it were in my area I wouldn't think twice, but we shall see.

You could take a train and stay in a hostel. I think it would be worth it.
