Deadlifts
330x15x1


On the minute. Pretty easy, and now that I have chalk I've found I can still double overhand this weight without much problem. I'm starting the ol' Louie Simmons deadlift singles program from last year.

Weighed 190 in clothes on a proper scale today, so I'm probably really about 185 rather than 180. It's both a disappointment that my relative strength goals are further off than I thought, and a relief that I'm not quite as tiny I had thought.
