You should have tested your primary maxes (sn, cj, squat) during the last cycle. If you're dying to test specific lifts that you have not, you may take a transition week or two and do so before starting a new cycle. Otherwise, you would begin a new cycle immediately with possible 1 transition week between if you're feeling beat up or have not had any downtime in several months.
