*Got crushed with front squats...wrist was nagging me and the bar kept going forward too.

Bench Press
205lbs x 5 x 5 x 5

8 rounds:
Lunges w/ 185lbs in front rack position x 8 (4/4)
Plyo pushups x 12
Russian twists x 12 w/ 45lb KB

*pretty challenging session.
