Monday June 24th

Skipped squats, did my first warm up set with 95# and after feeling how tired my legs were and how tight and sore my hips were I just lost all desire to continue.

Tuesday June 25th

Bench Press
190x5x5


Incline Bench Press
125x14


DB Lateral Raise Dropset

Thursday June 27th

Front Squat
240x2


I am quite burned out, the weights feel heavy as shit and my mind is rebelling. Need a reset or a deload I think.
