Misaligned humerus / shoulder mobility
I have weak shoulders, period. My overhead stability is poor and I can't generate any power when working overhead or even bench pressing. And this is NOT because of lack of training. I've seen physiotherapist for over a year now with almost no improvement whatsoever. The problem seems to be in my shoulder sockets and the ball of the humerus is not where it's supposed to be. To make it simple: my posture is ok, but the humerus is too forward inside the socket.
We've tried different stretches, snatch presses, massage, mobility work etc. with no success.
If you have anything in mind that might help, I'm all ears.
