Last few days of training:

20130708

Deload Week
4 rounds:
10 pistol squat
10 handstand pushups
10 evil wheel

4 rounds:
400m run
50 squats

*goal of this week is to work on body weight/kettlebell exercises I never do and also hit up some good conditioning.

20130706

Sinister Saturday
4 rounds w/ boots, utes, flak/sappi plates
20 get ups w/ 40lb sand bag
400m run/walk w/ 40lb sand bag
20 thrusters w/ 40lb sand bag
5 chest to bar pullups
