I'm not going to update the last week or so of workouts, all I need to record is that I front squatted 242.5x10x1 today, which means this cycle has not panned out. Benching was terrible and I didn't bother with Tuesdays session after the horrowshow that was Saturday. In thinking it over, I think I'm going to call "trying to get strong without gaining weight" a failure for now. I want to bulk again as the bulk/cut approach seems to work very well, except I'm too fat for my tastes and since that puts bulking out of the question, my only option is to cut down to where it will be an option. So, I'm going to wrap up my pull up cycle, see where I stall, and then get started.
