Friday July 12th

Deadlift
330x12x1


<= 1 minute between sets.

Starting my diet tomorrow. I'm thinking 2500 calories and about 200g protein a day. I'm taking it slow this time, going to shoot for a pound a week. Routine wise I'm going to go with frequent higher volume, moderate to low intensity, low rep sessions.
