Here are a few thoughts:
- Your positions look pretty solid.
- Your butt is coming up a little fast at the beginning of the pull. Try starting the pull with your eyes focused straight forward (instead of looking down) and keep your back tighter off the floor. That might help.
- I can't tell what kind of shoes you're wearing. If those aren't weightlifting shoes, get some.
- You're doing some things right. You just need some small adjustments.
