Default Resource for Coaches/ Athletes (WFS)
There are some solid training articles/ programming and science pieces on the site.
While its mostly aimed at people competing in the Spot of fitness (crossfit), it tackles the training from a legitimate strength and conditioning perspective instead of the usual crossfit black box/ reinventing the wheel approach. Check it out and tell us what you guys think!
